‘வெற்றி’ சிறுகதையை ‘கெலுபு'(gelupu) என்று தெலுங்கில் மொழிபெயர்த்தேன். இந்த மாத ‘ஈமாட்ட’ (eemaata.com) இலக்கிய இதழில் வெளிவந்தது. ஆசிரியர் குழுவிற்கு கதை மிகவும் பிடித்தது என்று தெரிவித்தனர்.
கதையின் மொழிபெயர்ப்பு லிங்க்கை தங்களின் வலைப்பூவில் பதிவிடும்படி வேண்டுகிறேன். தமிழ் வாசகர்களின் வழியாக அவர்களின் தெலுங்கு நண்பர்களுக்கு இந்தக் கதை சென்றடையும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது.

Namaste. I’m writing this to share my appreciation on your Tamil Story Vetri, translated into Telugu by Shri Avineni Bhaskar and published in a Telugu web Magazine “Eemata” Jul 2017 edition.
I felt the story is extremely good and haunting as the awful treatment of Lata by everybody and her heroism in holding ground, against all odds is very well executed.
The story, named “Gelupu”, (in Telugu) with its elaborate narration, reminded me of Somerset Maugham. All the characters breathed and walked in front of me all the while. As Tamil is a completely unknown language to me, this Telugu translation seemed very sublime. I sincerely wish that we get to read more from you in Telugu.
